Associates in Development is looking for a Team Lead for an on-going M&E project.

Required Expertise:	At least 10 years of experience in development projects with international multilateral/bilateral donors such as the World Bank, ADB, USAID, FCDO etc. Previous experience in leading Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) projects. Preferable technical expertise in Land Record Management, particularly in the Punjab context.
Job description	The Team Leader will be the technical and managerial lead for the overall delivery of the M&E assignment. Lead the overall analysis of the clients’ M&E system, identify gaps and provide recommendation for improvements. Lead THE development of M&E tools and reports. Actively engage with the client and other relevant stakeholders. Provide technical oversight and quality assurance support for data analysis and writing reports.
